Jeremy is a litigator with over 10 years of experience handling all phases of civil litigation in federal and state courts in Ohio and jurisdictions nationwide. Jeremy has extensive experience defending individuals, corporations, small businesses, and political subdivisions in a variety of substantive legal areas, including transportation, municipal liability, construction, premises liability, civil actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983, and products liability. Jeremy gained civil trial experience early his career and continues to grow that experience working primarily as a second chair defense attorney in high exposure civil jury trials.
