Tim earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2024, where he was also inducted into the Order of the Coif. While at Villanova, he spent a semester abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, where he worked for a University of Cape Town-based NGO known as the Democratic Governance and Rights Unit. After law school, Tim served as a law clerk for the State of New Jersey’s Office of Administrative Law (OAL).
Previously, Tim received his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Natural Sciences, from the University of Pittsburgh, after which he worked as a technician at an analytical laboratory in Los Angeles. Tim is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an Associate in Lock Gordon’s Philadelphia area office.
